11:30-12:30 | Jumps/Leaps | Group 2 | Group 1 | The aim will be to teach our students a variety of jumps and leaps to complement their gymnastics work. |

13:30-14:30 | Side Aerial – 03/04 | Group 2 | Group 1 | Going back to the progression sheets, how many more ticks will students get against the skills listed. Acrobatic Arts promote safe progressions, master the progressions to master the end skill. |

14:45-15:45 | Rolls | Group 2 | Group 1 | Rolls vary in degree of complexity. We have a variety of rolls suitable for all levels. Rolls are a great way of linking acro and gymnastic movements together. |
15:45-16:00 | Stretch and cooldown | All | All | At Starbrite we believe in safe AcroGym practices so everyone will take part in a cool down to decrease muscle soreness. |

09:00-10:00 | Tumble track warm-up | All | All | Stamina is such an important skill to be a successful acro performer, also improved flexibility will make your tricks look more impressive. |

10:15-11:15 | Balances | All | All | Balances are a great way to ease the body back into a day of gymnastics. We are calling this the Olympic Balances with three skill levels for you to try. Which colour medal will you go home with? |

11:30-12:30 | Side Aerial – 05/06 | Group 2 | Group 1 | We are getting close to the main trick itself – the side aerial. |

13:30-14:30 | Choreography | Group 2 | Group 1 | This class will focus more on the Acro part which will allow our attendees to learn exciting sequences which could easily be performed on stage or in a gymnastics competition. |
