Here is our guide for buying a uniform and booking a fitting appointment:
Is a uniform required?
We do not enforce the wearing of a uniform but we do recommend it for a number of reasons. Please see our blog here to find out why.
Purchasing uniform items
The uniform recommended for each class is different and is specified on each of our class web pages which can be accessed from here.
When purchasing items, check the provided size guides. For some products, particularly shoes, we advise in bold, red text in the description of the product if the specified sizes come up smaller or larger than would be expected.
Purchased items can be exchanged or refunded if they have not been worn. Certain items cannot be returned once opened, these are noted in the product descriptions in the online shop.
Orders can only be collected from our venues, delivery charges do NOT apply.
If you would like to book a uniform fitting, it is advised that you purchase items via the online shop first to ensure they are in stock and available to try on. You will receive one or more email messages when the items you have ordered are available for collection. If you intend to purchase the items during the fitting appointment, please bring a debit or credit card with you. We do not accept contactless payments for items purchased via our online shop.
During a uniform fitting, you can try on different sizes if the size you ordered does not fit (subject to availability).
Uniform fitting appointments can be booked through the Starbrite Customer Portal. Instructions for registering to use the portal can be found here, and instructions for booking an appointment can be found here.
