09:00 - 09:15🎉Arrival and WelcomeParticipants arrive, and we kick off the day with a warm welcome and introduction to the exciting activities ahead.
09:15 - 10:30📚🎭Storybook TheatreIt's time to bring stories to life! Participants will select their favourite storybooks and work together to adapt them into theatrical performances. They'll create scripts, develop characters, and rehearse scenes to perform for each other.
10:30 - 10:45🍎Morning Snack BreakTime for a quick snack break in our on-site café to recharge and refuel for the next part of our workshop.
10:45 - 12:00🎭🤹‍♀️Commedia dell'Arte MasksStep into the world of Commedia dell'Arte! Participants will be introduced to the traditional Italian theatre style and its iconic masked characters. They'll design and create their masks, embody different characters, and perform short comedic scenes inspired by Commedia dell'Arte.
12:00 - 13:00🍔Lunch BreakEnjoy a well-deserved lunch break! Participants will be able to relax, socialise, and refuel with a delicious lunch provided as part of the workshop.
13:00 - 14:15🤹‍♂️🎪Circus Acts WorkshopStep right up to the circus ring! Participants will learn basic circus skills such as juggling, acrobatics, and clowning. They'll practice tricks, develop their coordination, and create their circus acts to showcase their talents to each other.
14:15 - 16:00🍿🎩Film WatchingOur members will relax in front of our cinema screen and watch 'The Greatest Showman' as they see all the skills they have learnt throughout the day come together in this epic film.
16:00👋Farewell and Wrap-UpWe say goodbye to our full-day members.
